Prof. Dr. Julia Vogt new Professor in Adaptive Systems and Medical Data Science
Prof. Dr. Julia Vogt, new Assistant Professor in Adaptive Systems and Medical Data Science joined the Computer Science Section 1 January 2018. Julia Vogt studied Mathematics in Sydney and Konstanz und received her doctorate in Computer Science in 2012 from University of Basel. She then worked for two years as a Postdoc at the Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center in New York and 2015 again in Konstanz.
Her research focuses on the development and extension of machine learning techniques for applications to clinical and biomedical problems, with a particular focus on precision medicine.
