Learning contracts determine the conditions for earning credit points outside of regular courses on an individual basis.

In a learning contract, an instructor and a student agree upon individual student work for credit points.

The learning contract contains the following details:

• type of student work
• content
• beginning and end
• number of credit points to be earned
• module it belongs to
• evaluation of work
• grading
