The master of science is the second degree in computer science. It comprises 90 ECTS, requires a bachelor’s degree, and usually lasts one and a half years. The master’s degree is above all conceived as a preparation for an academic career. But it also allows one to go into industrial research and development.

Welcome
A welcoming event for the new master’s students always takes place in the week before the beginning of classes (in both fall and spring semester). There the new master’s students can receive information about the individual modules and the structure of the program. It is a good opportunity to ask questions and to get to know other students.
