Recent trends in secure outsourced computing

Invited Talk by Osman Biçer (Postdoctoral researcher at the University of Basel, Computer Networks Group)

This talk is about the recent trends in secure outsourced computing. In a single cloud server multiple client setting, we will talk about the possible security and privacy concerns. Then, we will go through various cryptographic methods, including fully homomorphic encryption, garbled circuits, etc., to address those concerns. The presentation will cover our work at the University of Basel as well as the state-of-the-art.
