In this talk we discuss the most symmetric cubic surfaces over considered field. It is well-known that the most symmetric cubic surface over algebraically closed fields of characteristic zero is Fermat cubic surface. Obviously, over fields of positive characteristic the situation changes dramatically. We will discuss what happens to the automorphism group of smooth cubic surfaces over arbitrary fields.
