Jana Winkler is responsible for public relations and event coordination at the Department of Mathematics and Computer Science (DMI). She oversees the department’s digital presence across multiple channels, facilitates communication between researchers and the public, and supports initiatives to make mathematical and computational research more accessible.
Responsibilities
- Maintenance of the website of the Department of Mathematics and Computer Science
- Maintenance of the social media channels of the Department of Mathematics and Computer Science
- Organization of departmental events as well as events aimed at future students
- Press activities and contact for press inquiries
- Implementation of design tasks for web and print
- Maintenance of internal and external communication concerning public relations
