Seminar Algebra and Geometry: Anne Lonjou (Toulouse)
In this talk, we will study a 2-dimensional simplicial complex on which the Cremona group acts. After defining this complex introduced by Wright in 1992, we will see some of its properties. Then, we will discuss about some work in progress aimed at showing that this complex is Gromov hyperbolic.
