Chiara Saffirio joins the Executive Committee of the International Association of Mathematical Physics
As of January 2024, the International Association of Mathematical Physics (IAMP) has introduced its new Executive Committee. Committed to advancing the understanding and application of mathematical physics worldwide, the newly appointed committee brings together a diverse group of experts.
The International Association of Mathematical Physics elects a new Executive Committee every three years. The Executive Committee will now be chaired by the newly elected President Kasia Rejzner (Department of Mathematics, University of York). Jan Philip Solovej (Department of Mathematics, University of Copenhagen) was elected Vice President, Chiara Saffirio (Department of Mathematics and Computer Science, University of Basel) was elected Secretary and Sven Bachmann (Department of Physics and Astronomy, University of British Columbia) was elected Treasurer.
